Lady Logistix Refund Policy

Please carefully read the description for each product or service before submitting payment to ensure you are purchasing the correct item.


Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase for all consultations, strategy sessions, mentorship programs, and carrier compliance services. There will be no refunds after the 24 hour time period has passed. Once any training material has been received, there will be absolutely no exceptions to the refund policy.  If a service or product was not rendered due to a Lady Logistix error, a refund will be issued upon request in writing.  The refund request must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase by sending an email to Accounting@LadyLogistix.com. 


However, as a courtesy, Lady Logistix will issue a credit that may be used towards another service or product of equal or lessor value.


All requests for refunds must be received within 24 hours of purchase by emailing Accounting@LadyLogistix.com.  We do not process refunds over the phone.


Any requests or questions related to the Freight Broker Portal must be sent to Support@LogistixFirst.com (no exceptions).
